Sheriff Clayton appointed to the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards by Governor Snyder
We are proud to announce Sheriff Clayton has been appointed by Governor Snyder as a representative on the Law Enforcement Standards Commission.
The Shop with a Cop Program involves Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Deputies and other Washtenaw County law enforcement officers, donating their time to take a group of children on a Holiday shopping spree. Children are selected by referrals from our local school districts and school resource officers.
On November 8th 2012 Washtenaw County received an award from the Michigan Chapter of Energy Services Coalition. The award is in recognition of Washtenaw County’s commitment to energy savings performance contracting.
