APCO International (Association of Public-Safety Communication Officials), the world's oldest and largest not-for-profit professional organization dedicated to the enhancement of public safety communications, honored Washtenaw County Dispatcher Sandra Petrimoulx as 2013’s Trainer of the Year at their annual meeting and awards dinner in Frankenmuth, Michigan on Thursday, October 24, 2013. This award is presented to a public safety communications employee that has demonstrated the highest levels of personal and professional conduct and performance in the line of duty.
