Codes in effect as of January 1, 2008

Residential Projects:

• Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Codes can be found in the "2006 Michigan Residential Code".  Washtenaw County also enforces Appendix F - Radon Control Methods.

Commercial Projects:
