Landmark: State Theater, A2 (Urban Outfitters, too)

Location: The corner of State and Liberty, Ann Arbor

Why Landmark: The neon lights looks pretty neat on the old theater at night. A blur of people are crossing the street, and you can see someone buying a ticket through the doors. The State looks great at night with the dark sky as a backdrop behind it.
