Fighting Flu at the Fire Station

Looking for a flu shot? The Washtenaw County Public Health Department will be holding a final flu clinic on December 4 at the Ypsilanti Fire Station (505 W. Michigan Ave.). The clinic will run from 5 - 7:00 pm.

The fee schedule is as follows:

• Medicaid (Straight, Midwest and Bluecaid only) and Medicare Part B participants; no charge but MUST  bring card.
• Washtenaw Health Plan A no charge but MUST bring letter of authorization
• Washtenaw Health Plan B must bring card; there will be a $10 charge*
• Children eligible for the Vaccine for Children Program; there will be a $10 charge*

All others:  Cost of a flu shot is $20, cash only.  Public Health is unable to bill private insurance, but will provide a receipt.

Flu shots will be available while supplies last.
