Green Schools
Is your child's school a "green" school?
The Michigan Green Schools Program helps schools achieve environmental goals of protecting the air, land, water and animals of our great state. The program teaches environmental stewardship to students pre-kindergarten through senior high school. Schools earn "points" by participating in activities that reduce energy, encourage recycling, and educate students on environmental conservation.
