This form is for making FOIA requests for the Washtenaw County Office of the Sheriff.

You may receive a copy of a record if it is not exempt as specified in Section 13 of P.A. 442 of 1976.

You will be charged a fee for reproduction and copying costs, unless proof of inability to pay because of indigency is provided. If the scope of this request requires more than ½ hour of labor, a fee will be charged for the search, examination, review, and, if appropriate, the deletion and separation of exempt from nonexempt information as provided in Section 14 of the Freedom of Information Act. The fee is being charged because the failure to do so would result in unreasonably high costs to the Office of the Sheriff.
