WCSO Community Education Series: Body Cameras

Thursday, September 28th the Ypsilanti District Library (YDL) will be hosting one of the Sheriff’s Office Community Education Series events. The YDL was interested in bringing two of these sessions to the library and asked that the topics be body cameras and mental health partnerships. Chief Deputy Bazick will be leading the discussion and will have on hand some of the body cam devices for residents to become familiar with. The goal is to remove any myths around the cameras and allow residents to ask any questions they may have.

The event will begin at 6:00pm and will end around 8:00pm depending on how many questions there are. If you are available we hope you can join us. If you would like more information you can find it here: https://washtenawbodycams.eventbrite.com.
