CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT: Suspect: B/M (Possibly Bi-Racial), light complexion, 5’9”, medium build, with a goatee, wearing a black wool cap, a black sweatshirt, and black “Dickey” style jeans.

On 10/7/2009 at approximately 2:30 AM, WCSO Deputies were dispatched to the 8000 block of Spinnaker Way in Ypsilanti Township for a Sexual Assault. It was reported the victim was taking her trash out when she was approached by an unknown male. The victim was sexually assaulted, and the suspect fled on foot.
