The Civil Bureau at the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office specializes in the safe and legal handling of process service court documents. Our process servers are professional and courteous and will serve your paperwork quickly and confidentially.
We cover all of Washtenaw County, including Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Dexter, Milan, Northville, Saline and Ypsilanti. We also serve the Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) in Milan, the Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Institute (WHV) in Pittsfield Township and certain outlying communities.

Foreclosure Sales & Adjournments
The Civil Bureau at Washtenaw County processes property foreclosure sales and adjournments for all of Washtenaw County. Where to Find Us
We are located in the main Sheriff’s Office building at 2201 Hogback in the Washtenaw County Service Center on the northeast corner of Washtenaw Avenue and Carpenter Road. Enter from Hogback and turn right into the Service Center. Or, enter from Washtenaw Avenue by St. Luke Lutheran Church, just west of the Glencoe Hills Apartment Complex.
