Sheriff Clatyon and the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office is committed to building strong communities. Through partnering with our residents to fully understand the issues impacting our neighborhoods, the WCSO is focused on addressing the root causes of community problems.

Understanding that crime is not just a law enforcement problem but that it is a community problem we continue our committment to building partnerships with our residents.

Using Neighborhood Watch as a central focus to engage residents our goal is to empower citizens to take an active role in the policing of their communities. By providing leadership, security, and  tools to organize residents the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office is building a strong commnity one neighborhood at a time.
