Malletts Creek Restoration
In the spring of 2000, Drain Commissioner Janis
Bobrin completed the Malletts Creek Restoration Plan to:
Improve water quality and habitat while maintaining safe, stable drainage throughout the Malletts Creek basin.
The plan prescribes a series of measures that are now being implemented to achieve this goal. Restoration partners include the City of Ann Arbor, Pittsfield Township, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, the Huron River Watershed Council, the Malletts Creek Association, and the residents of the Malletts Creek basin.
