May 2009 Public Meeting for Pioneer

Following the 2009 Michigan football season, construction will begin on a stormwater treatment system beneath the lawn on the Pioneer High School property. Once complete, the lawn area will be re-landscaped in the summer of 2010. This collaboration between the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commissioner, City of Ann Arbor and the Ann Arbor Public Schools will improve water quality and reduce flooding throughout Ann Arbors west side (Allen Creek).
