Office of Recipient Rights
Joint Venture in collaboration with Washtenaw County Community Support and Treatment Services
The Office of Recipient Rights helps insure that quality mental health services are provided to customers. Recipient Rights staff monitor service provision and encourage prevention of rights violations by providing staff training and advocating for consumers. The office insures that individual rights are protected and maintained while receiving services. Any individual can ask for a printed copy of full consumer rights.
