A joint venture in conjunction with Community Support & Treatment Services (CSTS)
In May of 2005 the WCHO and CSTS decided to take a more direct approach to receiving feedback in the form of Town Hall Meetings. All participants; i.e. providers, consumers, families, stakeholders and staff sit down in small groups to discuss problems as well as solutions. Outcomes are discussed with those in attendance.
