Durable Medical Equipment & Medical Supply Requests

All WHP members have a limited yearly benefit of $250.00 for certain types of medical equipment and supplies.

If you are a member, your doctor will decide whether you need medical equipment or supplies and should give you a prescription to take to a Medical supply Store.  To get permission to use this medical benefit, call the WHP Nurse Coordinator at (734) 544-3034.
