Volunteer Requirements

1) Completion of WC MRC Volunteer Application

• Volunteer application will be handed out at orientation

2) Completion of MI Volunteer Registry Application   (if you are a Michigan resident)

• MI Volunteer Registry

3) Completion of FEMA Course

• IS-100.HC - Introduction to the Incident Command System for Healthcare/Hospitals

4) Other Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid license or photo I.D. is required
• Proof of valid residence must be presented, although U.S. citizenship is not required
• Volunteers must consent to a background check and remain free of felony and/or serious misdemeanor convictions
• Volunteers are required to consent to a license and credential check. License numbers must be provided for verification if applicable, although current licensure is not required
• Must attend an orientation session.
