Public Health Nurses

Washtenaw County Public Health Nurses (PHNs) are licensed Registered Nurses with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. They instruct/educate, oversee and offer a variety of public health nursing services including comprehensive home visitation services in the Maternal Infant Health Program, Family Planning from our Plan First program, as well as Perinatal (pregnancy) Services, and Communicable Disease Services to families living in Washtenaw County.
