Immunization Fee Schedule

Washtenaw County Health Department immunization fees include an administration fee of $10 per injection and the cost of the vaccine. As a Medicaid provider, we must charge comparable fees to all of our clients.

If you are eligible for the Vaccine For Children (VFC¹) program, the cost of your vaccine is covered, and you will be charged an administration fee of $10 per injection. If you have any questions about VFC fees, please discuss them with the clinic nurse. If you are a Medicaid recipient , the administration fee will be billed to Medicaid.

We can only accept cash or checks. No credit cards accepted. The Public Health Department does not bill private insurance. We will give you a receipt. Contact your insurance company to determine coverage and request reimbursement.

Immunizations are available by appointment only. Please call (734) 544-6770 to schedule your appointment.
