A Coordinated School Health Team (CSHT) of staff and students will determine strengths, weaknesses and develop an action plan.  A trained facilitator will guide your team in creating recommendations based on national CDC policies and guidelines, tailored for your school.  Some successful changes have included staff fitness rooms, healthy vending machines, improved parent communication, walking clubs, healthier school parties, improved cafeteria choices, and increased walking and biking to school.

Safe Routes to School LogoSafe Routes 2 School: Make it safe, convenient and fun for children to bike and walk to school.
