All Washtenaw County Public Health Department Immunization Services Are By Appointment Only.  Call 734-544-6770 to schedule an appointment. Parent or legal guardian MUST accompany children under 18 years of age. Please bring immunization records with you.

***Administration and vaccine fees will be charged for all ages, except for children who qualify for federally purchased vaccines***
