HIP staff are ready to bring an exciting community presentation to your agency or other community group which will introduce the HIP 2020 Objectives and HIP 2005 Survey results!

Central to the success of countywide HIP efforts is getting the word out about the new HIP 2020 objectives to as many organizational and community leaders as possible. Without proactive community strategies in place to achieve them, the objectives alone cannot make our county healthier. You, our HIP partners, are the ones who take these important health indicator data and translate them into meaningful strategies. So, let us bring the data to you in an organization presentation as you consider these questions:

How can your organization integrate one or more of the HIP objectives relative to your target population or mission into its workplan?
Who might you form partnerships with to intensify your outcomes?
How might you apply new or existing resources towards a selected objective?
