Ypsilanti Health Coalition
About the Coalition
The mission of the Ypsilanti Health Coalition is to create an environment to achieve optimal health for our community. The vision of the Ypsilanti Health Coalition is to be the known, valued and trusted health advocate by creating educated and empowered communities. YHC is part of a county-wide effort, called the Health Improvement Plan (HIP), to improve the health of Washtenaw County citizens. Numerous partners including hospitals, community organizations, and individual citizens are a part of this effort.
