Emergency Information Email Group
The Public Health Emergency Information Email Group
helps us provide official information or instructions to the
entire community quickly and appropriately. We rely on key organizations and
leaders to help us share critical information with their employees, clients
and consumers - in the language
or manner that best suits their particular community. Public Health will
also use the local 211 system to provide information.
Who Joins the Emergency Information Email Group?
Anyone is welcome to join. Send an email to Susan Cerniglia to subscribe. Please include your full name and organizational affiliation, if any.
Our primary goal is to reach those community members that may not receive information through traditional means or that may require additional assistance to act on emergency instructions. As a community or organizational leader, you are able to provide official information to your employees, clients or fellow leaders quickly and using the most appropriate language, method or technology. In a real emergency, the Washtenaw County Public Health Department will rely on you to share critical health information or official emergency instructions.
Thank You!
Your partnership is important to us because community members trust information that comes to them from the leaders and organizations they know. Thank you for your interest in keeping our community safe and healthy!
