Flu Clinics for 2012-13

Seasonal Flu Vaccine Cost:

• Flu Shot = $20

Medicaid is accepted (you must bring your card). We are unable to bill Medicare Part B for the 2012-13 Flu Season, so Medicare Part B participants must go to a physician or pharmacy for their flu shot.   We are also unable to bill private insurance but we will provide you with a receipt.

Who should get vaccinated?

• The seasonal flu shot is recommended for everyone 6 months of age and older. 
• More information on the flu vaccine is available on the CDC website.
