Vaccines offered by Washtenaw County Public Health:

In keeping with the mission of Washtenaw County Public Health, our goal is to promote and protect the health of the public through prevention and control of communicable diseases. One of the ways we do this is by promoting and facilitating immunization of susceptible children and adults against vaccine preventable disease. These diseases include:

  • Diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis (Dtap)
  • Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT) (VFC only)
  • Haemophilus influenzae b ( Hib )
    Our family immunizations program provides routine childhood and adolescent vaccines as recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, and as required by Michigan schools. Tuberculosis (TB) skin testing and limited adult immunizations are also available.
  • Tetanus-diphtheria (Td)
  • Tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis (Tdap)
  • Pneumococcal conjugate (Prevnar - VFC only)
  • Rotavirus (VFC only)
  • Polio
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Measles- Mumps- Rubella (MMR)
    (single antigens are NOT available)
  • Varicella (chickenpox)
  • Meningococcal conjugate (VFC ONLY)
  • Human Papilloma Virus Vaccine (HPV) (VFC only)
  • Influenza (seasonal)


Please bring any previous immunization records with you to your visit. Parent or legal guardian MUST be present for the entire visit in order for children to receive their immunizations.
