Immunization Fees for 2014

Immunization Fees
Effective October 1, 2014

The Washtenaw County Public Health Department (WCPHD) is a Medicaid provider and must charge comparable fees to all participants. Our fees include an administration fee ($10 for children and $15 for adults) per injection and the cost of the vaccine(s).

**We accept all types of payment including cash, check, credit or debit**

Children ages 0 through 18 years of age, who are eligible for the Vaccine For Children (VFC) Program (see below chart for details), have the cost of their vaccine covered and will be charged the administration fee(s) only ($10 per injection).

The Vaccine Replacement Program (VRP) covers vaccine cost for adults, 19 years and older, who meet eligibility requirements. For those eligible for VRP, only a $15 administration fee per vaccine will be charged.  Please call 734-544-6700 to find out if you are eligible.

The WCPHD does not bill private insurance; however, some insurance providers may reimburse you for some of the costs. We will give you a receipt, but it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to determine coverage and request reimbursement.

Immunizations are available by appointment only. Please call (734) 544-6700 to schedule your appointment
