Is a free education program that is open to all county residents and county employees.  This program will help prepare smokers to take the first steps to quitting. This one hour presentation includes such topics as:

• the risk of smoking
• secondhand smoke
• the benefits of quitting
• motivation to quit
• making a successful plan for quitting
• how to use Nicotine Replacement Therapy
