Community Collaborative of Washtenaw County (CCWC)
The Community Collaborative of Washtenaw County is a group of concerned citizens from private, public, and non-profit sectors who are coming together to find real solutions to the pressing issues facing Washtenaw County.
Community Support and Treatment Services (CSTS)
The WCHO contracts with Washtenaw County Community Support & Treatment Services for services for persons with serious mental illness and developmental disabilities.
Department of Human Services (DHS)
Formerly known as the Family Independence Agency (FIA). The Department of Human Services (DHS) is Michigan's public assistance, child and family welfare agency.
Health Services Access
Health Services Access is the central entry point for all Medicaid-eligible and indigent (uninsured) adults and children requesting Mental Health, Public Health and or Substance Abuse information and services in Washtenaw County.
Washtenaw Community Health Organization (WCHO)
To provide an integrated mental health, substance abuse and physical health care delivery system for Medicaid and indigent consumers who receive services that is responsive to the needs and values of citizens of Washtenaw County.
Washtenaw Health Plan (WHP)
Washtenaw Health Plan (WHP) is a health coverage program for low-income Washtenaw County residents without health insurance.
Washtenaw Steps Up
Through this project, Washtenaw County Public Health partners with three health coalitions in Ypsilanti, Saline, and Chelsea/Dexter/Manchester. Together, we work to assess our community environments, prioritize actions, and implement changes.
