Adult Health Clinic 2012 Fee Schedule
Effective April 1, 2012
HIV testing is available free of charge to everyone.
There is an administrative fee of $15 for all adult vaccines.
Due to the states economy, we have received significantly less free STD tests and have been encouraged to start billing Medicaid. We have established a sliding fee schedule. We will be following the national guidelines for testing which indicate age as the number one risk factor for testing. Listed below are our current charges. These charges will be effective April 1, 2012. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about our fee schedule.
