Adult Health Clinic 2009 Fee Schedule
Effective October 1, 2009
HIV testing is available free of charge to everyone.
There is an administrative fee of $15 for all adult vaccines.
Due to the state’s economy, we have received significantly less free STD tests. We will be following the national guidelines for testing which indicates age as the number one risk factor for testing. Listed below are our current charges and charges that will be effective January 1, 2010. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about our fee schedule.
