Responding to School Crisis: An Integrated Multi-Component Intervention Approach

This ICISF certified, two day course explores the prevalence and effects of crisis on a student’s school performance. Care providers will learn and practice skills that keep students functioning during a crisis event and help mitigate long-term emotional suffering. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to develop a crisis plan, respond to a simulated crisis scenario, and demonstrate proficiency with intervention techniques.
