Organizational Development

The Prevention and Community Response Services team promotes organizational health for a variety of groups,organizations, and businesses  through consultation, training, and group facilitation for:

Staff Retreats

  • Team Building
  • Goal Setting

     On subjects such as:

  • Stress Management
  • Dealing with the Difficult Customers
  • Crisis and Disaster Response Plan Development, Review and/or Testing
  • Crisis and Disaster Response and Consultation
