Project Management Office

Purpose:

The Project Management Office is an organized body of project managers whose responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate & facilitate project management methodology and processes throughout Support Services Infrastructure & Planning;
  2. Provide Support Services Infrastructure & Planning employees with the necessary framework to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget;
  3. Provide Washtenaw County employees with a basic framework of project methodology.
