Hope Medical Clinic
Hope Medical Clinic provides free* primary care for patients without insurance or the ability to pay for health care. ALL New Patients (adults and minors) must call 734-481-0111 to pre-register and schedule appointments. It is best to call on Monday morning.Returning patients are welcome without appointments at our walk-in clinics.

New Hope Outreach Clinic
Clinic staff may assist older adults with transportation to the clinic, provide help with Medicare/Medicaid and other financial concerns and help with prescription assistance programs. The social worker is available for both clinic and in-home counseling to patients and their families.

Shelter Association of Washtenaw County
Provides free medical care to those without insurance or means to pay. A nurse practitioner is available as well as a clinic staffed by volunteer physicians and nurses from the U of Michigan Health Center is held. Call or walk in to the Delonis Shelter.

Washtenaw Health Plan
Washtenaw Health Plan (WHP) is a health care coverage program for low-income Washtenaw Country residents without health insurance. WHP helps people to access the health care services they need. A person will qualify for either "WHP Plan A" or "WHP Plan B." WHP Plan A has more comprehensive health benefits than WHP Plan B.
WHP (Plan A and B) covers primary care, diagnostic tests (such as X-rays and laboratory tests), pre-approved specialty care services, inpatient hospitalizations (in Washtenaw County only), Emergency Room services for "true emergencies" (in Washtenaw Country only for WHP Plan B), a limited number of prescription drugs (mostly generic drugs), and outpatient mental health visits.
