The Washtenaw Community Health Organization (WCHO) contracts with quality
organizations that provide world class health care for the citizens of
Washtenaw County. We believe that children and adolescents with
serious emotional disorders, adults with severe and persistent mental
illnesses, persons with developmental disabilities and those with substance
abuse problems should have access to a comprehensive range of quality
supports that include mental health, substance abuse and primary and
specialty health care.
University of Michigan Psychiatry
Areas of specialization encompass the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety
disorders, depression and other mood disorders, major psychiatric disorders,
as well as the full range of difficulties that beset infants, children and
adolescents. We work with multi-disciplinary teams to provide the best
in team-based care.

In regional affiliation with Lenawee, Livingston and Monroe
Counties
The Community Mental Health Partnership of Southeastern Michigan (CMHPSM) is a collaborative effort between Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe and Washtenaw Counties and was established in 2002. This affiliation is in response to meeting the state requirement of affiliating with other Community Mental Health agencies to provide services to at least 20,000 or more Medicaid covered lives.
