Update to Board of Commissioners

On April 19, 2007, Planning and Environment Director Tony VanDerworp and Daryl Stockburger of North Coast Wind and Power updated the Board of Commissioners on the project's progress. The timeline presented to the Board calls for one meteorological tower to be erected this summer, with the possibility of an additional one to two towers being added if the first six months of data are favorable. It is expected that a final wind study may be completed as early as Fall 2008.
