Testing Site Selection Report Available

The final Meteorological Tower Site Selection report for Washtenaw County is now available on the Resources page. The report, prepared by North Coast Wind and Power with RMT provides recommendations on siting meteorological towers to conduct wind testing in Washtenaw County.  It does not make any recommendations regarding the siting of wind turbines, as it is not expected that any turbines will be sited until 12-18 months of data have been collected from the meteorological towers.
