Agricultural Lands Preservation Advisory Committee

The Washtenaw County Agricultural Lands Preservation Advisory Committee (ALPAC) was appointed on August 2, 2006, according to the Washtenaw County Purchase of Development Rights Ordinance, by the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners.  ALPAC's purpose is to assist the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners in determining whether it should purchase the development rights on a particular parcel as well as how much the County should pay for those rights according to the Washtenaw County Purchase of Development Rights Ordinance.

ALPAC meeting schedules:

Meetings are held at the NEW Center, 1100 N. Main St., Ann Arbor, MI 48104.

ALPAC meets the fourth Wednesday of the first Month of each calendar quarter.
