Residents are responsible for securing their own waste hauler. Some options include:

County-sponsored clean-up days to be announced. Check online for more information on the spring and fall clean-up days happening nearest you

Due to budget cuts, monthly recycling services are no longer available in York Township.
Check with your waste hauler to see if they provide curbside recycling.
Residents are also encouraged to use the Washtenaw County Regional Drop-off Station, located on 2950 East Ellsworth Road in Ann Arbor, 734-971-7400. Recycling is free to all County residents.

There is no yard waste collection service in York Township.
If you plan to have an open fire, please call either the Saline Fire Department at 734-429-7911 or the Milan Fire Department at 734-439-2843 to obtain a permit.
