Residents are responsible for securing their own waste hauler. Some options include:

Clean out events: 2 per year, one in the spring and one in the fall at Scio Township Hall. Call 734-665-2123 or check online for exact dates and times.

Residents are also encouraged to check with their waste hauler to see if they provide curbside recycling services.

There is no yard waste collection service in Scio Township.
If you plan to have an open fire, please call the Fire Department at 734-665-6001 to obtain a permit.
