  • Residents are responsible for securing their own waste hauler. Some options include:

    • Waste Management: 800-796-9696
  • Call the Township Hall at 517-456-7728 or check online for dates, times, and locations of yearly clean-up days.

Recycling Services

  • Western Washtenaw Recycling Authority (WWRA) Information
    • 2 Recycling drop-off locations in Bridgewater Township:
      • Bridgewater Depot, in the hamlet of Bridgewater, at the corner of Austin and Boettner Roads.
      • Manchester Market, 455 West Main Street, in the Village of Manchester
      • Place recyclables in the green box
      • Hours: 24 hours

Yard Waste

  • There is no yard waste collection service in Bridgewater Township.
  • If you plan to have an open fire, please call the local fire authority to obtain a permit.
