Sustainable Practices

Old School Construction is green because we use local, sustainable materials. We select items that can be recycled or are already recycled. We reclaim building materials from other projects, and find them locally for less money than it would cost to buy them new.

We are green because we install systems that use far less energy than the conventional standards. We’re highly concerned about indoor air quality, resilient flooring materials, no-VOC finishes and proper ventilation.
