WORKING DEFINITIONS
Our Region: the concentration of companies and jobs in and around Ann Arbor and extending outward to that area that influences our economy, talent pool and quality of place.
Long-term: for our purposes, we will be looking creating a vision for our region over 10 years.
Vision: describes where we want to be in the future. The vision becomes a compelling reason for action and allocation of resources.
Story: describes how the future can unfold from the present (starting from today, what are the major events that take place to help us achieve our vision)
Action Plan: the most important actions to move the vision toward success and make the best use of community resources.
WORKSHOPS
June 6th - Workshop #2 will be held at 8:00am at Washtenaw Community College, Morris Lawrence Building room 101
Work Groups and Leaders will report out their findings from work over the past several months, next steps will be discussed.
