Meeting 1: June 27th, Washtenaw Community College, Morris Lawrence

Review the Work Group Results, begin to distill this work into
recommended aspirations (ones we need to develop business plans around) and
discuss the leadership role in implementing the strategy.
Meeting 2: July 29th, Concordia University, Manor Living Room -
12:30 pm
Develop a draft vision statement, finalize priority aspirations
and draft measures, identify champions / leadership/ resources (project
manager and implementation team) to develop the business plans.
Meeting 3: August 28th, Concordia University, Manor Living Room -
8:30 am
Finalize the draft Success Strategy, finalize the community
engagement/enlistment plan and set the agenda for Workshop #3. The purpose
of this workshop will be to validate the Leaders work with the other work
group participants and kick-off the strategy.
