Historic District
Commission
The mission of the Historic District Commission is to safeguard the heritage

under Michigan law, including, but not limited to, development of a county
basic development plan with recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on
final adoption of that plan, and review of a township basic development plan
with recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on its advisory comments
back to the township.
