Independence Lake Park Rates

Independence Lake is open from 8:00 a.m. to dusk year round.  The beach and spray zone are open from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend during the hours of: the beach - 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and the spray zone - 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Weather permitting the beach and spray zone may extend spring/fall hours for weekends only - call the park for verification.  (Beach and spray zone hours are subject to change without advance notice, 734-449-4437).

Rowboat Rental Fees 

Flotation devices are required and provided.  In order to rent a boat, individuals must sign a boating rules and regulation acknowledgment form.  Additionally, a $20.00 refundable deposit is required for all rentals.
