Strength Training Room
The strength training room is open during regular building hours and is
available to individuals who are 16 years or older.
Equipment available in the strength training room is as follows:
- Circuit machines
- Biangular lat row
- Biangular chest press
- Pec deck
- Biangular shoulder press
- Tricep push down
- Roman bench
- Abdominal crunch
- Lower back
- Rotary torso
- Cross over

- Leg extension
- Seated leg curl
- Seated leg press
- Lat pull down
- Arm curl
- Deltoid
- Vertical knee raise
- Multihip
- Inner thigh
- Outer thigh

Other equipment includes four adjustable incline benches, two sets of 5 -
50 lb. paired hand weights, and an equalizer multi-station weight machine
for users with disabilities.
