MLM Recreation Center Refund Policy

MEMBERSHIP PASSES	ACTIVITY/CLASS REGISTRATIONS
NON-TRANSFERABLE NO REFUNDS	NO ON-LINE REFUNDS All refunds, if applicable, must be processed at the front desk of the Recreation Center.

CLASS REFUND POLICY

Cancelled by WCPARC or class full	Full Refund - No Service Fee
Participant cancels before start of class	$5 service fee
Participant cancels after class begins*	$5 service fee & pro-rated fee per class
Missed Classes	No Refund

*Refunds after 1st class only with letter from a doctor for medical disability or your employer indicating transfer from the area.
