Cardio Training Room

Cardio Equipment Room The Cardio Training room is open during regular building hours and is available to individuals who are 16 years and older. The Cardio training room is located in the eastern wing of the building and includes the following equipment:

Precor elliptical cross trainers
Lifefitness elliptical cross trainers
Concept II rowers
Treadmills
Nu-step
Schwinn upper body ergometer

Precor upright bikes
Lifecycle upright bikes
Precor recumbent bikes
Lifefitness recumbent bikes
Stairclimbers

There is a thirty minute time limit on equipment when there is a waiting list. There is also a weight scale available for patron use.

Our Cardio Training Room now features Cardio Theater! Bring any headset and you'll be able to listen to an array of pre-set television channels while you workout.
